Helly Hansen provides runners with high-performance technical tee for 2014 race
BolderBOULDER, voted America’s All-Time Best 10K by Runner’s World, today announced Helly Hansen as its high-performance apparel partner. Each year, more than 100,000 spectators, 50,000 participants, and dozens of professional racing teams descend on Boulder, Colorado for this Memorial Day tradition.
“We are very excited to introduce the BolderBOULDER community to Helly Hansen’s outstanding training gear,” said Cliff Bosely, BolderBOULDER race director. “We feel that anyone who orders the Helly Hansen performance package will be thrilled with the quality, style, and value they receive with this high-performance race apparel piece.”
As the official apparel partner of the BolderBOULDER, all participants have the option to upgrade to the Helly Hansen performance race package, which includes a performance-packed HH Cool T-shirt (retail value $40). The HH Cool T-Shirt features a two-layer construction that combines a hydrophobic Lifa Stay Dry Technology interior with a 100 percent polyester exterior. The design funnels moisture off the skin and into the shirt’s moisture-loving polyester exterior, keeping skin dry and cool no matter the temperature or intensity level.
“As the makers of the industry’s best moisture management technology, we’re thrilled to partner with the America’s All-Time Best 10K,” said Graham Gephart, Helly Hansen senior marketing manager for North America. “BolderBOULDER’s passionate base of participants makes the event the ideal place to showcase our biggest ever collection of training product. We look forward to sharing our brand heritage and technical training apparel with this year’s anticipated 50,000-plus runners through the performance package tees and many great activations at the Helly Hansen mobile trailer in the Race Expo.”
Helly Hanson will also be offering a larger collection of their training products including lightweight jackets, long sleeve tops, and running shorts.
The 2014 official race gear will feature its RunBELIEVABLE slogan in featuring rich new colors. As well as updates to classic long sleeve designs
