The 5K invitational races are based on 10K finish times in the 2009 DICK’S Sporting Goods BolderBOULDER in two minute increments from 38 to 62 minutes. For example, runners who ran the BolderBOULDER 10K in 44:00-45:59 are invited to that ColderBOLDER 5K race.

Post Thanksgiving Fun Run » In-Step

[ 11/27/2009; 9:00 am to 10:00 am. ] In-Step is planning an After Thanksgiving Fun Run from the In-Step store to start at 9am on Friday, November 27th. The plan is to have a 5k distance starting and ending at in-step, followed by a 15 minute core class.
