Bold Running

At the beginning of every season, BoldRunning offers two weeks of FREE training to members and non-members as a way to say “thank you” by coaching a complementary bridge program. Anyone and everyone is welcome!

Schedule

Tuesday March 6th: Hill Workout
Boulder: 7am or 6pm GHX Hill In Louisville – Park here
Denver: 6pm Mile High Stadium – Meet at Hotel VQ sign

Wednesday March 7th: 3-6 mile fun run
Boulder: 6pm Boulder Running Company

Thursday March 6th:  Steady Run
Boulder: 6pm Tom Watson Park

Saturday March 10th: Spring Kick-off event – BoldRunning’s version of Amazing Race 
8:30am Boulder Running Company in Boulder – Group-wide event open to anyone!!!

Tuesday March 13th: Interval Workout
Boulder: 7am or 6pm Harlow Platts Park
Denver: 6pm City Park (Esplanade Entrance off of 17th Avenue – meet near traffic circle)

Wednesday March 14th: 3-6 mile fun run 
Boulder: 6pm Boulder Running Company

Thursday March 15th: Easy Run
Boulder: 6pm Valmont City Park (south of Valmont and Airport)

Saturday March 17th: Longer Easy Run
Boulder: 8:30am East Boulder Recreation Center

BoldRunning Spring/Early Summer Training Program 2012

  • 13 weeks of training starting March 19th.
  • Two Free Weeks starting March 5th.
  • BoldRunning’s version of The Amazing Race as a Kick-Off Event March 10th from Boulder Running Company!

Train for the BolderBoulder 10K:

  • Train towards the BolderBOULDER 10K or use this as base training as a stepping stone towards a half or full marathon later in the summer.
  • Training schedules co-developed by 1993 World Marathon Champion Mark Plaatjes and BoldRunning Director Ewen North.
  • You can also use the schedules to help you towards a 5K or 10K goal, or simply to have fun, stay fit, and enjoy running this summer.
