Avery’s Four on the Fourth 4k makes for a great double after the mile, or if you are just looking to challenge yourself the field is usually pretty competitive but dispersed enough for runners of all levels to have a good time. Best part are age group prizes are Avery’s Beer.

Let Freedom Run 10K/5K

8am – Louisville, CO
A fun family event, the morning kicks off with a Kid’s fun run at 7:45, before starting the longer races.

Scartop 12k and Spruce Canyon 5k

8am – Coal Creek Canyon
Challenge yourself at higher elevation with these chill yet competitive races on the dirt roads out of town of Coal Creek Canyon. The 12k boasts a 1k of elevation gain and drop. Stick around for CanyonFest – a family fun event that features a parade, booths, pancake breakfast, music, games for the kids, and a Live Music Festival.
