If you are looking for a way to rejuvenate your running or just an opportunity to get away and re-boot, immerse yourself in the beauty of the desert at the Mindful Running Retreat for women held in Moab, Utah, October 15-18 2015.

Recently named as one of the top running camps in the U.S. by CNN the Moab Mindful Running Retreat for women offers a four-day introduction to trail running and how to use mindful running to reduce stress, enhanced running performance and enjoyment.

During the four days and three nights in a stunning desert landscape of red rock, soaring cliffs and delicate natural arches, you’ll tune in to what drives you—in running and in life—and make sure that your energy is going into the activities that most feed your soul.

Moab Mindful Running Retreat Package

The Moab Mindful Running Retreat package includes daily guided trail runs, restorative yoga classes for runners, dining at Moab’s best eateries, local transportation, meditation classes, mindful running coaching and much more. The “glamping” accommodations are provided by Moab Under Canvas and includes furnished, luxury canvas tents and access to hot showers and other amenities.

Retreat host, Elinor Fish of Run Wild Retreats is featured on the Running With Om podcast where she shares her story of how she discovered the freedom of trail running after many years as a competitive high school and collegiate runner. She discusses how to use running as a mindfulness practice and the impact this has had on the athletes she coaches.

“Not only is Moab a stunningly beautiful place to trail run, but it is a magical environment that I find very conducive to calming a busy mind and practicing mindfulness,” says retreat host, Elinor Fish. “And the program is suitable to runners of all fitness levels, as our runs can be adapted to various fitness levels.”

The retreat package is $1350 per person and includes running tips and mindfulness coaching with Elinor and trail runs with Moab-based guide Chris Martinez of 360 Moab Adventures.
