2016 was an incredible year for runners hailing from the Boulder Area as chronicled in the 2016 Boulder Running Journal. Over 40 runners from Colorado competed at the Olympic Marathon Trials last February in Los Angeles. Three from Boulder, Kara Goucher, Sean Quigley and Alia Gray even made the Top 10. Over a dozen made it to the Olympic Track Trials in July. Jon Grey, Laura Thweatt, Alia Gray and Noah Droddy who competed competed all competed in the 10k event and will lead a panel discussion with stories of their accomplishments, at Fleet Feet Sports Boulder on Tuesday, Jan 31 at 6pm.

Grey and Thweatt will also answer questions as they prepare to run the National Cross Country Championships in Bend, Oregon on February 4th.

Come out to meet these talented athletes and get a chance to mingle with Boulder’s new crop of talent. There will be food from RAD Real Athlete Diet, drink and a panel discussion with those mentioned above.
The Boulder Running Journal will be for sale there, and you may even be able to sneak in a selfie with #Droddy himself.
