Come help maintain the trails you love in Boulder County. Volunteers will use tools to begin repairs to this trail which has been closed since the September 2013 floods. This will be a fun project with lots of digging, bucket hauling, debris removal and rock moving to begin delineating a new trail surface for future use. There will also be a hike in that will cross multiple stream crossings to access the work site. The process for rebuilding the Anne U. White trail has taken longer than expected with the wet spring we have had. Before it can be reopened, upcoming repairs will include:
- Removing tons of debris from the trail corridor
- Constructing over 25 creek crossings
- Building rock stairs and rock walls
- Filling trail tread
- Realigning trail where it cannot be put back in its original location
